Refunds policy – Bookcreateservice Ltd will invoice their customers for work either to be carried out or for work already carried out. Those who chose to pay by Credit or Debit card should be aware that refunds or part refunds are only made in the event of work not being completed by the company.
Cancellation policy – You are able to cancel work with us at any time and for any reason. If production has not started then you are entitled to a full refund, minus payment processing charges. If production has already started, however, you will be charged for any work that has been done by an hourly charge.
